For a quarter beef Google says you need around 4 cubic feet, for a half 8 cubic feed and a whole cow will need 16 cubic feet. That sounds about right, maybe give or take a bit. 😉

You can pay the hanging weight invoice that will be sent via email (around $500 for a quarter) before pickup and then pay the processing (around $150) at pickup at the processing plant.
